Originally designated the A-26, this Douglas B-26C Invader is on display at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force. Originally built in 1942, it was in use from World War II through the Korean War. During WW II, it was used for low level bombing, ground strafing and rocket attacks. With the advent of the Soviet built MiG-15, it was relegated to nighttime bombing during the Korean War. This HDR photo was processed from three photos (+/- 1 1/2 stops) using Photomatix Pro.
