This is in Nusa Lembongan, just off the cost of Bali. The island had just one truck, a couple of mopeds, and limited resources such as electricity. The inhabitants have supplies arriving daily from the mainland and the main source of income is from seaweed farming. Look the place up on Google Earth and you'll see a patchwork quilt effect in the sea along the coast - each 'patch' is a small seaweed 'field' tended by a farmer on the island.
