The lighting setup is one of the most complex I've done to date:
One 580EX II directly to the left of the subject (on the subject's right), at 1/4 power, flagged to prevent bleeding into the background, zoomed to 35mm.
One LumoPro LP160 at 1/16 power with a dark blue gel directly behind subject pointing at the camera, zoomed to 70mm.
A 42" sliver reflector directly to the right of the subject to provide some fill light.
Both flashes were triggered by Cactus v5s. The camera was triggered by an intervalometer so I didn't have to keep reseting a self-timer.
The blue tint is partly from the gel, and partly from adjusting the white balance towards blue in Lightroom 4.1
