Some touch without a shred of feeling. They bond with their desires in strange cold
acts. But, who knows of their bitter desolation, through which they struggle,
seeking a warm human shelter.
Some love without any mirages of affection. They seem to be enshrouded in their
hardened cocoons. But, who knows of their burning passions, prisoned within,
longing to pour out of their soul."

2 years after visualizing this image, the conditions finally came together to enable it : low tide at dawn, low swell (lowest ever, I've seen there)...enabling 120 second exposure about 50 minutes before sunrise, with pre-dawn light glowing in a cloudless sky straight into the wonderful granite of Sleepy Bay. The giant kelp, gently swaying in rhythm with the ocean's breath.
