One of my favorite smaller animals to photograph is the fox. This one in particular was a thrill for me. I was tracking it from a distance in Denali NP, when all of a sudden, it decided to take the same path that I was on - like it was coming right to me! Of course, as it got closer, its path changed, however, just before it did, it stopped and looked around at its surroundings and provided a wonderful profile shot.
To me, they seem like their minds are always in hyperdrive. I guess that's why we have the expression "sly, like a fox". :-)
What do you think?
