Sonja Clack

Sonja Clack has been a photographer for more than 10 years.

Whilst living in Istanbul, Turkey she had the opportunity to capture the diverse Turkish culture and Byzantium archaeology and joined a large number of photo shoots with the IWI Photo Club and the Arts for Istanbul Group.

In Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia she received further photography training from Peter Sanders (International Photographer of the Islamic World) and Alan Bernard of AB ProPhoto (International Photography Co.) and in 2010 founded the women's KL photography group called 'ABWM Photo Club' which meets monthly in KL for photo shoots. This club hosted during 2014 a very successful photography exhibition in KL.

During her time spent in Dubai she actively participated during the Gulf Photo Plus events and received guided training from David Nightingale (Photographer and Photoshop expert) and Joe McNally (International Photographer).

In 2013, Sonja moved back to the UK and in 2014 founded a local photography group called Shutterbugs @ Wootton Wawen who meets regularly for photo shoots and technical training during the summer months.

Photography started out as just a travel hobby, but then turned more into a love and passion for being creative!
