Depth of field

Published August 19th, 2012

I've always find it fun to experiment with a shallow depth of field, every now and then.

Sometimes I just use my simple 50mm lens and set the aperture to 1.8. This time I took my 100mm macro lens, put 3 soligor extension tubes in between, and experimented with a plant with some tiny flowers.

This is the result.

These are very soft and lovely. I'm very fond of this shallow a depth of field.
