Visiting Nabawi Mosque, Medina.

Published December 29th, 2012

In April 2013, my family and I went Umrah (Arabic: عمرة‎). It's a pilgrimage to Mecca, Saudi Arabia. Before we arrive in Mecca, we went to Medina first for few days. In Medina, there is a great mosque called Nabawi, which has magnificent architecture design. The mosque has domes that is opened during day and closed during night. The mosque also has many towers in its large court. Around 7 AM morning, mechanical umbrella appear from each tower, expanding and spreading all together, in just about 3 miuntes. It was really a magnificent view seeing how modern constructions have progress so far.
