Flying for New Hope

We wake up in the morning with a sound... sound of birds. Beautiful birds singing songs and flying high in the open sky. But world doesn't have only singing bird. Some scavenger birds are also there. And they are also a part of the world. Just look at them, they are beautiful too.

Among these Egyptian Vulture (Neophron percnopterus) is one of them. Egyptian vulture also called pharaoh's Chicken as this bird considered as a sacred bird in ancient Egypt and considered as a symbol of royalty.

This bird is really beautiful. Yellow face, Pink Leg and bill are slender and long, and the tip of the upper mandible is hooked. But this bird moved into Endangered category in year 2007 (IUCN Red list).

Let’s talk about only India here. In India there existed nine types of vultures. Some species I can name are, White Ramped Vultures, Red Headed, Long Bill, king vulture, King Vulture, Egyptian Vulture, Gyps Vulture etc.

KASHMIR - A Heaven On Earth

Hello to all readers,

This is my first blog in life. Glad to post it here and of-course about Photography and Specially on Kashmir.

Hope you heard this line That "Kashmir is Place which we can called Heaven on Earth" (As in my Language: Agar jameen par kahin Jannat hai to wo bas yahi hai yahi hai yahi hai

[अगर जमीन पर कहीं जन्नत है तो वो बस यह्नी है, यह्नी है, यह्नी है !!] ) Means "If there is any Heaven on earth then its is here, it is here, it is here!!.

I visit this place in April last week of this year and found this place a very picturesque, amazing, lovely, colorful and full of natural beauty. Though once there was disturbance due to some Non human soul people activity (Terrorism), but now conditions are much better. You can travel any where any places now in state. My vacation is only 4 days long but i spent a lifetime experience there. Where ever your sight goes, its just saw a view full of nature and beauty of god's creation.
