On the last Friday before Easter, also known as the holy Friday, the people of Ajijic have the tradition of setting up a great representation of the last hours of Jesus Christ's life. All the people of the town take a part in the event. Some are actors, some are in charge of design, some are in charge of setting up the scenery, you get the picture. And every year one young man is chosen to play Jesus Christ (I'll show photos some other time).
The people I'm showing you today are the ones playing the Roman Soilders. Bear in mind that the heat that day was pretty high, right before noon.
