A weekend workshop with Lukasz Warzecha pt.3

Published October 22nd, 2011

The last shoot of the day was with Dave Macleod. We drove to the location and Dave was warming up on some v6 boulders. Once again, Lukasz discussed the best postion for the shoot and what his vision would be. For some reason my lens started playing up. I did manage to get a few shots in focus but most of the images were soft or had strange 'double vision' at the edges of the images.

In this image I think the blur works quite well. Keeping focus on Dave's expression

Dave managed this route with quite a bit of effort at this crux. I like this shot but it is already a crop of a larger image and you can clearly see the second strobe.

I really should have brought some gels for my flash as the colours are a little off in this image and you can really see the strange blur effect from the lens on the far left.
