My visit was inspired by Axel Brück and his book "Practical Composition in Photography". It's not just about composition, though, because his style of black and white photography was so powerful and minimal that it's influenced everything I've done in black and white since then. Mullion Cove was one of the subjects for his book, and these pictures are a kind of 'homage' to his style, though it's also very much my own now.
By the way, if anyone out there knows what Axel Brück is doing now, I'd very much like to know, and maybe get in contact.
