Thomas Schlueter

"Drawing with light", one of Thomas most general themes and the generic term for his work. As a photographer for many years he discovered the enormous attraction of night photography linked with industrial locations and architecture of metropoles like Frankfurt, New York or Miami. Whilst climbing up the "Stairway to heaven" Thomas always retrieves the special objects way beyond any standards and limitations. In order to receive great results very often an extended research on the web for weeks and exchanges with friends are being considered. The mighty software tools in todays computer world are challenging and fascinating the same time. Clear imaginations of the end result help him to create postwork on pictures with a clearly visible acquisition to the original view in the cameras finder. His aim is not to alienate the picture towards unreality although some of them bear attraction in some kind of way. According to Helmut Newton, the first 10.000 pictures are the worst. If you have understood and internalize this quote the passion stays a passion. At every time! Thanks my brother in arms JJ for the help and words!!! P. S. Feel free to send questions to info(at)!!!
