Thomas Parry

Thomas Parry is a documentary and fine art photographer who has traveled the world photographing landscapes, seascapes, cityscapes and people of many cultures. Over the past several years, his passion for capturing dramatic images of landscapes and seascapes has taken him to the deserts, mountains, canyons, forests and seacoasts throughout the expanse of the American West. Most recently, Thomas completed an extensive journey through New England to capture peak autumn foliage. Thomas’ photographs have won a number of awards and recognitions and his work has been published in Black and White, Photographer’s Forum and Nature Photographer Magazines. He is a field contributor and writer for Nature Photographer Magazine. Thomas has exhibited work in juried shows at the Photo Place Gallery in Middlebury, Vermont, USA and at the Brick Lane Gallery in London, UK. He has self-published four beautiful photography books: The Timeless Faces of China (2011), Visions of Budapest (2012), Three Days in Manhattan (2012) and Abstractions in Stone: The Sacred Canyons of the Navajo (2013). He has several new book projects currently in production. Thomas has extensive experience working with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop and is a member of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals and of the Center for Photographic Arts in Carmel, California. He resides with his family in Monterey, California, USA.
