Cranberry Harvest

Published September 30th, 2012

This year has been one of the worst droughts in the history of the state of Wisconsin. I've driven and photographed all over the state and observed how dry it is.

Water is a vital natural resource for the cranberry harvest. Farmers did everything they could to have the water for this year's harvest. I've tried to chronicle this year's harvest. I hope that with a lot of snow and a rainier spring, that next year's harvest will be just as impressive.

A bit abstract, but the background is a cranberry bog at harvest time.
