Tom holds a BS-EET / Telecom degree from Texas A&M, has worked for several large government IT/Security firms in the positions of Test & Integration lab coordinator and general sysadmin, sys-admin technical trainer and course developer, as well as electrical and systems engineer. He has been working with Rackspace Managed Hosting since 1999 in the roles of Sys-Admin, Corporate Technical Trainer, Lead Systems Engineer, and liaison between customer support/security/product/engineering departments. Thomas is the coauthor the book, "Linux Troubleshooting Bible" (Wiley), and has also been president of the San Antonio technology user group "X-otic Computer Systems of San Antonio" ( since 1996. My Ireland

In 2009, my wife and I took our 10 year anniversary trip to London and Ireland. We spent 2 days in London and 11 days in Ireland. It was an enchanting trip with tons to see. These are a few of my better photographs.
