HDR Variations

I am still at that stage when I'm deciding what is the level when HDR (or faux HDR) becomes annoying. I do a bit of HDR now and then and always tone it down to what I consider acceptable levels - of course many people believe the notion of "acceptable HDR levels" is just nonsense:)

Nevertheless I think HDR brings sometimes an interesting angle to the story of a particular image, such in this case of black & white HDR done on a shot at Piccadilly Circus. Followed by a couple of versions in colour, for comparison. The ND filter brought a red tint to the image but did not bother me much so I did not pay much attention to it in post.
