My camera has saved my life more than once, so I intend to share my experiences and hope that it contribute to something good for my community as well.

My health is my only Allie and I am self reliant to the core.

I first sought nature for safety as a child, to escape the havoc at home.
40 years of traveling the world and I am in awe every day!

I started to use the Mountains as my physical training ground in my early 20s when I moved to Seattle WA. As a classically trained Exercise Scientist and competitive athlete I have molded my life around being physical in all sports and at many levels until I suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). I have since recovered %80 of my abilities and I am back to exploring to world with my camera only to arrive at this new digital opportunity to share my work in an entirely different way and achieve new levels of satisfaction personally, physically, mentally and emotionally.

So I feel it's my duty as a community wellness specialist to find a new channel and advance in a symbiotic way.

After being extremely ill for years I will never decide to work in an office or clinic again. I have achieved many Championships and accolades at work but none is more satisfying than pulling all my skills together to just simply enjoy life and share what I have learned with the platforms available. I still make a few house calls every week to work with people who really want to increase their over all health and enjoyment because they suffer from chronic pain and or a neurological degenerative disease.

My current goal is to contribute photographic works of nature to wellness/health clinics, hospitals, waiting rooms and patients rooms in order to lower anxiety and increase healing rate while lowering boredom and other waiting room maladies.

Science proves that when you think of walking through a peaceful place the neurons in your legs fire off like your walking and your brain and body respond like you went for a walk. It's part of the brains neuroplastic ability.

The point is it makes your brain and body happy chemically which is the root of you really being happy .... When it comes to science any way!
So in an age where people are looking at devices and screens I figure I should put something healthy up so I can contribute to your wellness no matter where I am in the world!
